Arthacillin

Arthacillin is an insurance product from PT Asuransi Adira Dinamika that will provide protection on a business property along with its content from the risks that will create an impact on the mentioned business property under the guarantee of Arthacillin product.

Arthacillin product provides a reimbursements of expenses for the building, content of the building, as well as compensation with the amount listed within the Policy Summary.

Arthacillin product has been adjusted with the requirements of the micro, small and medium business (MSMB/UKM), to provide various range of businessmen to select the suitable insurance product to protect its business property and activities.

BENEFIT & WARRANTIES

Arthacilin Insurance provides guarantees as follows :

Fire; Arthacilin guarantees any loss occurring on the insured object sustained by fire, lightning, explosion, falling aircraft and smoke of up to 100% from the Insured Value according to the provisions in the Policy.
Riot, Strike, Malicious Damages and Civil Commotion (RSMDCC); Arthacilin guarantees the loss occurring to the insured object sustained by a riot, strike, malicious damages and civil commotion of up to 100% from the Insured Value according to the provisions in the Policy.
Accidental Damage; Arthacilin provides compensation/repair expenses of the full or partly damaged insured object sustained by a physical impact of up to 100% from the Insured Value according to the provisions in the Policy.
Burglary; Arthacilin guarantees the items within an object or a house that is lost or damaged as sustained by a break-in or forced theft or with the violence of up to 100% from the content of the Object or a House according to the provisions in the Policy.
Landslide and Subsidence; Arthacilin guarantees the loss or damages on the insured object sustained by a landslide and/or subsidence of up to 100% from the Insured Value according to the provisions in the Policy.
Personal Accident; Arthacilin provides compensation on the death or permanent injuries sustained by an accident that occurs to the Insured, the Insured’s Spouse, Employees, and Customers according to the provisions in the Policy.
Third-Party Liability; Arthacilin guarantees the loss of physical injuries or damages of items on the third party (not including family or employees of the Insured) over the inadvertent accident of up to 5% from the Insured Value according to the provisions in the Policy.
Business Sustainability; Arthacilin will provide a funding loan of up to 2.5% from the Insured Value should any damages occur on the Insured Object with a minimal loss of 25% from the Insured Value according to the provisions in the Policy.
Medical Expenses (due to fire); Arthacilin provides a guarantee of medical/treatment expenses on the Unnamed Person (the Insured, the Insured’s Spouse, Employees, and Customers) for the physical injuries sustained directly from a fire on the Insured Object of up to 1% from the Insured Value according to the provisions in the Policy.
Fire Brigades Fee; Arthacilin provides a compensation on reasonable and feasible expenses on the use of Fire Brigades Services to protect the insured object of up to Rp 25 million.
Fire Extinguishing Cost; Arthacilin provides compensation for the expenses to refill the fire extinguishing equipment caused by the insured risks within the A policy of up to Rp 5 million.
Removal of Debris; Arthacilin provides compensation on the cleaning and removal over the debris of the damaged/destroyed building and items guaranteed within the Policy of up to Rp 20 million.
Professional Fee; Arthacilin provides a compensation on the expenses for an appointed architect, surveyor, legal consultant and construction consultant to create a plan, specification, determine the quantity, an offer and the supervision needed in the reconstruction process, excluding the expenses to prepare the claim of up to Rp 25 million.

BUILDING OCCUPACY

Insured Value based on the reconstruction expenses (Reinstatement Value).
Insured Value = Building Value + Building Content (Furniture and Stocks).
Insured Value of Rp 200 million to Rp 10 billion.
Insufficient Value will result in the object to be Under-Insured.

PROVISIONS

The Insured is required to create a correct statement and exposes the material facts, which are any information, circumstances and facts that affect the consideration of the Guarantor in accepting or rejecting a request for insurance closure and the value of Premium.
Should the Insured does not apply the stipulated requirement above, the Guarantor is not bound to pay or compensate any losses and/or entitled to cease the insurance and not bound to return the premium.
